The Spas location is 9705 Highway 267 suite 1 on the way to Northstar. My space includes 2 treatment rooms. One for facials and teeth whitening and one for massage, body wraps and scrubs and asian fire cupping along with a relaxation area and retail area. I have free parking in front of the building!

I have been specializing in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage and Heated Stone Massage, Asian Fire Cupping, Facials and Teeth Whitening in Truckee CA over 17 years. I am an owner operated Spa. The spa is an experience for ONE. I am a licensed Aesthetician and Massage Therapist. I use the latest technology in my Facials including Lucerce Physicians Aesthetics Research skin care, Light Stim LED light therapy and the Qyk Sonic Zoe in my Facials. Your body and massage is a important too! I specialize in body disfunction with massage and I use peels and scrubs along with massage to make your skin look amazing.

I'm recovering from a herniated disc in my lower back. Valerie introduced me to LED light therapy, which I had never heard of before. The lights provided instant relief to my lower back pain. And the massage was so therapeutic. I did deeper breathing (guided by Valerie) than I've ever done in any prior massage. Very healing experience. Highly recommend. I'll be going back.

I booked a Teen Facial for my son, who has been really struggling with his skin. He left the Spas clinic looking better than he has in months and his skin is so much calmer. Really loved my experience here! Valerie is a master and knew just what I needed and didn't, both with the massage therapy and the facial treatment.
I was super-pregnant during my visit and Valerie was just amazing at working with me, letting me be comfortable, and still getting all of my tense spots.
When it came to the facial, she used pregnancy-safe products and recommended a few things for me to keep using at home. My skin has never looked better since!
Definitely looking forward to visiting Balance Health Spa next time we are in the area!
